Randy began his career in commercial real estate in 1994 at Marcus Millichap and quickly rose within the company to National Retail Group Director. He consistently ranked as a Top 10 National retail broker.
In 2003, Mr. Rivera founded Capital Real Estate Ventures, Inc. which consistently ranks as one of the Top 20 brokerage firms in Southern California. Throughout his real estate career, he has closed more than 500 transactions in excess of two billion dollars. He continues to work with top institutional clientele, national developers, corporate tenants, pension funds and high net worth individuals. Mr. Rivera earned his Bachelors in Finance from the University of San Diego, CA. Amongst his peers, Randy is considered one of the foremost experts in the commercial real estate industry.
