Meet Holly, a dynamic professional who has journeyed from the heartland of Indiana to the sunny shores of San Diego, carving her path through the realms of hospitality and real estate.
Originally hailing from Indiana, Holly's adventurous spirit led her to pursue her dreams in San Diego post-graduation from Purdue University. Embracing the vibrant restaurant scene, she immersed herself in various roles spanning Coronado, Downtown, Old Town, and Pacific Beach. Her tenure in the restaurant industry witnessed her ascend through the ranks, excelling in management, marketing, event planning, and leveraging social media for promotional activities. Currently, she enjoys being a partner at Knotty Barrel in East Village alongside her long-time friends.
In 2020, Holly embarked on a new venture in real estate, starting as a mortgage processor with Cabrillo Mortgage and Realty Services. Eager to expand her horizons, she obtained her Real Estate License in California in October 2022, fueling her ambition to scale new heights in the industry. Joining the esteemed team at Capital Real Estate in September 2023 presented Holly with an invaluable opportunity to refine her skills in commercial, mixed-use and residential property management, enriching her already impressive portfolio of expertise.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Holly is a devoted mother to three young children – Ainsley, Evann, and Sawyer, aged 12, 10, and 7 respectively. Balancing the demands of a burgeoning career with the joys of motherhood, she dedicates her cherished free time to chauffeuring her children between various sporting events, cheering them on every step of the way.
