Maintenance Manager
Born and raised in San Diego, Gary has been working in East Village since 2014. Before Property Management, Mr. Gilbert owned his own maintenance and painting business in San Diego for over five years. Mr. Gilbert’s career in Property Management began at Equity Residential where he worked for six years in property maintenance, then transferred to Lincoln Housing where he worked for two years, from which he then transitioned to H.G. Fenton Company where he worked for four years in both Mission Valley and the East Village as a Maintenance Manager. During his time as a maintenance manager, Mr. Gilbert obtained top honors in the Mark of Excellence Awards presented by the San Diego County Apartment Association. In each position Mr. Gilbert prides himself on getting things completed the right way, in a speedy and efficient manor, and in budget.
