Director of Property Management
Crystal began her real estate career in 2006 in residential real estate at H.G. Fenton Company headquartered in Mission Valley. She was with Fenton for 10 ½ years starting as a Leasing Marketing Manager and quickly climbed to Community Director. She was instrumental in the process of managing the lease-up for Urbana, a brand-new development property in downtown San Diego in the East Village district. She remained at Urbana through stabilization, and then made a career transition to Capital Real Estate Ventures, Inc. for an opportunity to learn commercial real estate management and thus expand her real estate knowledge and experience. Crystal now oversees the Property Management portfolio for Capital Real Estate, consisting of commercial, mixed-use, and residential properties in San Diego, Perris, Huntington Beach, and Dallas.
